Job summary

RSI in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver full cycle HR services—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, policy implementation, and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business and a minimum of 9 years of HR experience, with SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.

You will collaborate with management, support LMS-related processes, and ensure adherence to Title VII, FMLA, and related laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with HR program development and administration to align workforce with goals.
• Participates in department goal-setting and measurement systems.
• Oversees recruitment process, interviews, offers, onboarding with hiring managers.
• Keeps up-to-date information for ELO Database – Spreadsheet.
• Manages staffing and recruiting strategies for assigned roles.
• Maintains communication with hiring managers and supports open positions.
