Community First Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees across the organization. You will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR inquiries, delivering solutions that align with our talent objectives.

Working with the Talent & HR Services Manager and managers, you will develop recruitment strategies, maintain job descriptions, ensure compliance with laws, and drive employee listening initiatives

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience in a multi-site environment.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong service mindset with focus on employee and member experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support leaders and employees with HR-related questions, issues, and projects.
• Develop recruitment strategies and processes to meet staffing objectives.
• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and participate in assessments as requested.
• Serve as SME on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and technology.
• Maintain and update job descriptions, salary grade placement, and EEO categories.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Design and deliver training for managers and support annual performance processes.
• Assist in employee listening programs, analyze results, and present dashboards.
• Support policy updates and employee guidebook revisions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and offboarding as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
