Prent Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, investigations, talent acquisition, compensation, and HR programs, fostering engagement and workforce effectiveness.

You will build strong relationships across the organization, support satellite locations, lead full-cycle recruiting, conduct compensation benchmarking, and deliver HR training and policy projects

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance mgmt, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR guidance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Deliver HR training and support policy projects.
