Job Details: Job Location: Administration - Marion, IN 46952, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Associate's Degree, Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/year, The Senior HR Generalist – Talent & HR Operations supports Radiant Health’s workforce needs from recruitment through employment. This position has primary responsibility for talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation administration, job descriptions, HRIS processes, training administration, workforce reporting, and other HR operational processes.

The position partners with leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire qualified employees, maintain effective HR processes, and ensure employment information remains accurate and up to date. The Senior HR Generalist also serves as a general HR resource and provides backup support for employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and other HR functions.

This position works closely with the Senior HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Compliance and HR Coordinator to ensure HR processes are consistent, efficient, and responsive to the needs of Radiant Health.
