Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to shape HR strategies while supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will administer policies and programs balancing employee advocacy with business needs.

You'll guide managers on employment law, coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates, and drive initiatives to address long-term HR trends and improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in human resources, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and employment law.
• Develop programs and initiatives to meet your team's needs.
• Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement plans for long-term HR needs.
• Perform advanced employee relations functions including counseling, dispute resolution, performance issues, terminations, and exit interviews.
• Conduct complex investigations, manage workers' compensation reporting and safety regulation processes.
• Coordinate leave of absence programs, transitional work and accommodations, benefits open enrollment, and trainings for employees and supervisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS and payroll entries, conduct audits and maintain employee records.
• Demonstrate project management, business acumen, and analytical skills.
