Job summary

Runway seeks a Senior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day HR function and help it scale as the team grows. You will partner with the HR Manager, manage onboarding through offboarding for employees and contractors, and lead HRIS administration in Rippling with data integrity and reporting.

You will also handle benefits, immigration processes, leave administration, and run company-wide programs like performance reviews and open enrollment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or people operations experience at a high-growth company.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, leave administration, and immigration basics.
• Ability to advise managers and senior leaders on HR issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day of Runway’s HR function and scale its operations.
• Advise managers and employees on sensitive HR situations and ensure compliance.
• Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for full-time employees and contractors.
• Oversee HRIS administration and data integrity in Rippling, including reporting and audits.
• Manage visa and immigration processes with outside counsel.
• Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions.
• Run key programs end to end (performance cycles, open enrollment, engagement surveys, compensation).
• Be the go-to resource for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Identify gaps in HR operations and implement fixes and improved tooling.
