- We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day of Runway’s HR function and shape how it scales.
- You’ll run core programs end to end, advise managers and employees on sensitive situations, unblock teams so they can move faster and build the processes that keep a fast-growing team compliant and well supported.
- You’ll work directly with the HR Manager as a strategic partner, and you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, set priorities and fix what’s broken without waiting to be asked
- Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for full-time employees and contractors, and keep improving the process as the team grows
- Own HRIS administration and data integrity in Rippling, including reporting, audits and workflow automation
- Manage employee visa and immigration processes in partnership with outside counsel
- Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions, and keep policies and practices compliant with current employment law
- Run key programs end to end with the HR Manager, including performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys and compensation cycles
- Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers on benefits, policies and HR processes
- Identify gaps in HR operations and ship fixes: updated policies, clearer documentation and more efficient tooling
- Pitch in wherever the team needs; no task is too small if it moves things forward
