Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible HR experience, including recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of EEO, pay equity, and labor laws relevant to the role.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment and selection programs for assigned positions, including interviews and offers.
• Develops job announcements and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintains position description library and supports legal compliance and accessibility.
• Manages onboarding and exit surveys to improve policies and lifecycle practices.
• Advises leaders on HR policies and provides timely HR consultation.
• Coordinates compensation statements and salary letters; supports salary placement.
