Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Fresno, CA to support HR operations for the LTL unit. You’ll advise on policies, manage performance, and drive engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance across functions.

The role requires HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing/warehouse setting. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Counsel on policies and regulatory compliance with operations.
• Assist departments with performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Energize HR initiatives related to performance management, engagement, diversity and inclusion.
• Manage employee relations issues in a timely manner.
• Coach leaders through performance management processes.
• Provide training to support learning and development.
• Guide staffing and strategic workforce planning with department teams.
• Boost employee engagement and satisfaction across the team.
