XPO is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist in the United States to partner with the operations team on policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory compliance. You’ll support performance management, employee relations, engagement, staffing planning and learning initiatives, while mentoring leaders and guiding HRIS, compensation and benefits tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management and employee relations with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Preferred: expertise in advanced internet searching.
• Professional HR certification
• Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

• Coach leaders through performance management processes and effectiveness
• Provide training as required to support the learning and development team
• Establish relationships with functional department teams to guide staffing and strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Energize employee engagement and satisfaction throughout the team

Annual Salary Range: $80,028 to $100,035. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
