Job summary

Relias US is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid Morrisville, NC environment. You will handle performance management, employee relations, engagement, and data analysis, partnering with managers to address coaching and concerns.

The role emphasizes benefits support, HR compliance, and collaboration across the HR team. A PHR or equivalent certification is preferred, with at least 4 years in HR and 2 years as a generalist.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources capacity, with at least 2 years of generalist experience.
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience administering leaves/FMLA

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key resource throughout the employee life cycle, from performance management to leave of absence and exits.
• Coaches and assists managers on engagement, employee relations matters, and concerns/complaints.
• Performs reporting, data analysis or one-time special projects as needed.
• Supports benefits administration in a mentor capacity (open enrollment, presentations, reporting).
• Collaborates with and mentors other HR team members on projects, processes and procedures.
• Ensures HR compliance by managing records, employee files and documentation.
