Job summary

Relias in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and data analysis. You will partner with managers to coach teams, handle leaves, and ensure compliance, while supporting onboarding and benefits administration in a flexible hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across the organization, data-driven decision making, and proactive problem solving to improve workforce

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR with at least 2 years as a generalist.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred; UKG experience; leaves/FMLA experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a key resource for managers across the business with coaching, engagement, employee relations matters, and concerns.
• Handles performance management, employee leave of absence and job changes through exits.
• Performs reporting, data analysis or special projects as needed.
• Supports benefits administration in open enrollment, presentations, and reporting.
• Collaborates and mentors team members on HR projects, processes and procedures.
• Manages HR records and documentation for compliance.
