Job summary

Relias, headquartered near Morrisville, NC, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a hybrid work setup. You will manage performance, employee relations, engagement, and data analysis across the HR function, partnering with managers to foster a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in HR, with at least 2 years as a generalist, and a PHR or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, including at least 2 years as a generalist.
• PHR certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience administering leaves/FMLA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key resource throughout the employee life cycle, from performance management to leave of absence and exits.
• Supports coaching, engagement, employee relations matters and addressing concerns/ complaints.
• Performs reporting, data analysis or special HR projects as needed.
• Assists with benefits administration in a mentorship capacity (open enrollment, presentations, reporting).
• Collaborates with and mentors other team members on HR projects, processes and procedures.
• Manages HR records and employee files to ensure compliance.
