You will manage payroll processing, HRIS workflows (ADP), and compliance, partnering with leadership on employee relations, recruitment, and total rewards.

The role is based at CFD Research Corporate HQ in Huntsville, AL, 100% onsite, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems (ADP).
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS administrator and ensure accurate record management.
• Perform attrition analysis and manage HR metrics.
• Oversee payroll approvals and vendor invoice processes.
• Administer compliance reporting and policy updates.
• Generate and communicate bonus reports and incentives.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR systems accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
