Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Seven (7)+ years' relevant experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
• Observe and provide feedback to leaders on communication of priorities, expectations, resources, and accountability.
• Partner with department leadership to determine staffing requirements and manage staffing for full-time and temporary resources.
• Conduct org designs to ensure right-sized staffing and resources to deliver on business commitments.
• Lead the annual performance management process.
• Lead annual compensation and merit increase processes; conduct salary and wage analysis as needed.
• Partner with leaders to identify and develop key talent and to determine employee training needs.
