Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position (team lead, supervisor, etc.).
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leads and hourly production employees to meet targets safely and on time.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule to meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials and coordinate with other departments.
