Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
• Lead staffing, org design, performance management, compensation and training processes.
• Drive employee relations strategies and two-way communication.
• Oversee onboarding, exits, investigations, and policy adherence.
• Be a visible advocate for front-line employees and HR process improvements.
