Sazerac's Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with management, provide HR guidance, and help drive engagement and performance across the site.

This full-time, onsite role requires 4+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on strategic HR, labor relations, change management, and strong communication. The position offers a salary range of $98,000–$148,000 plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of HR experience.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and utilize critical thinking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build manager capability to provide meaningful feedback, coaching and career growth for team members.
• Drive change initiatives and manage change through appropriate techniques; coach leaders on people and change management.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees on labor related matters.
• Interpret and administer labor contracts covering wages, benefits, and union and management practices.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute HR strategies that support growth and performance.
• Adhere to regulatory and legal compliance requirements; manage complex labor relations matters.
• Participate in and promote a collaborative team environment within HR.
