Job Description/Responsibilities

Join Sazerac in a high-impact HR Generalist role supporting our Western Spirits Division. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support key HR programs across the business. You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Preferred:

The annual salary range for this role is $73,887.54 - $110,831.31 for 2026. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
