Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a key HR partner, providing HR support and guidance on an onsite basis. The role involves coaching managers, driving change, and managing labor relations and contracts while aligning people objectives with business strategy.

The annual salary range for this role is $98,000 - $148,000. Final compensation will reflect experience, location, and internal pay equity considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant human resources experience.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and utilize critical thinking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Description/Responsibilities

As the Senior HR Generalist supporting Buffalo Trace Distillery you will be a key HR partner, providing HR support and guidance.

This is a full-time, onsite position at Buffalo Trace Distillery.

What You’ll Do

• Build manager capability to provide meaningful feedback, coaching and career growth for team members. Ensure engagement with systems and resources for performance improvement. Improves own skills as defined in development plan.
• Drive change initiatives and effectively manage change through appropriate techniques. Coach leaders on all people and change management initiatives. Foster a positive and workplace culture that reflects the company's values. Lead initiatives with leaders, drives efforts to increase engagement of our team members to ensure a positive work environment within function and across the workplace.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees on labor related matters.
• Interpret and administer labor contracts covering issues such as wages, benefits, and union and management practices
• Collaborate with business partners, to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's growth and performance strategy. Identifies business drivers and connects people objectives to business partner objectives. Implements and executes effective communications to support company strategic plan/objectives, company values, etc. Fully engages Leadership in understanding HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Adhere to regulatory and legal compliance requirements. Manage complex labor relations matters and provide strategic solutions.
• Participates in and promotes a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization effectively to deliver value to our business partners.
