Atkore is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support warehouse operations across multiple sites, based in Chino, CA.

You will lead talent acquisition for salaried and hourly roles, manage employee relations, coaching, and help drive engagement and Lean initiatives within the distribution network. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of California employment law.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Advanced knowledge of California employment law; Washington employment also preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent acquisition for salaried and hourly associates across sites.
• Manage employee relations and investigations, ensuring compliance.
• Provide coaching and development to supervisors and staff.
• Partner with payroll and HR to administer changes and data updates.
• Support Lean initiatives and drive employee engagement and culture.
