KeHE Distributors in Chino, CA is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to partner with the HR Manager and DC leadership. You will drive employee engagement, administer onboarding for hourly associates, and manage leave and benefits processes.

This role emphasizes data accuracy and policy adherence within a fast-paced distribution center. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and preferably PHR/SPHR certification, with Spanish language skills

Competenze

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience required, PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail HR is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Support HR Manager in DC with employee relations and investigations.
• Administer offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation for hourly staff.
• Provide guidance on performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage leaves of absence and benefits enrollment with Shared Services.
• Support safety, wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data entry and personnel records compliance.
