Job summary

Distribution & E-Commerce Company in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking an HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce onsite. The role focuses on employee relations, investigations, coaching managers, and driving a positive workplace culture across a 350–400 employee operation.

The ideal candidate will be the primary HR presence onsite, spend time on the warehouse floor, and partner with leaders to ensure compliant, productive, and engaging HR practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of LOA, ADA, FMLA, and California employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a large hourly workforce in a high-volume operation.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns and workplace investigations.
• Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and support leave/accommodation processes.
• Support employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
