Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of HR management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, discretion, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver HR programs and services.
• Provide regular on-site HR support to multiple locations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, leave, and investigations.
• Maintain HRIS data and reporting; handle staffing and recruitment processes.
• Lead employee relations, performance reviews, and audits.
• Ensure USCIS Form I-9 compliance and labor relations practices.
