Mayday Manufacturing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead daily HR operations, drive talent strategies, and support payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will partner with leaders to shape employee experience and ensure best practices across HR functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR (manufacturing preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Typical hours are Monday to Friday with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• PHR, SHRM-CP or similar HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
