Gemini Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide operational HR support across the company, including HRIS administration, benefits management, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and workforce initiatives.

The role requires maintaining confidential employee records, training managers on HR policies, supporting manufacturing sites, and driving HR projects to improve organizational development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of human resource generalist experience.
• High level of interpersonal communication skill and professionalism.
• Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide company wide oversight of HRIS, including user permissions, access controls, workflow configuration and system optimization.
• Deliver training to HR and management on HRIS functionality, including performance management and time/attendance reporting.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and educate employees on benefits offerings.
• Partner with benefit carriers to validate enrollment data and ensure payroll integration.
• Train HR team on corporate processes, policies and project requirements.
• Provide HR support to manufacturing sites—screening, onboarding, employee relations and payroll support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning and continuous improvement.
• Manage HR activities across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR policies.
