Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc is seeking a Sr. Supervisor of Operations to oversee regional field staff in day-to-day activities, including scheduling, administration, customer service, problem resolution, training and safety.

The role requires after-hours on-call supervision; located in Troy, PA with preference for candidates living within 45 minutes. Responsibilities include supervising UGI and contractor employees in installation and maintenance of gas facilities; developing cost-saving measures;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of job-related experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise UGI and contractor employees in safe, reliable installation and maintenance of gas facilities.
• Develop and implement cost saving measures within the C&M Operation; review contractor billing and as-built sketches for accuracy.
• Coordinate group and individual training to enhance technical skills and safety knowledge.
• Complete required reports and input data; respond to customer complaints.
• Take a leadership role in emergency situations and after-hours on-call coverage.
