Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR Operations across all locations, shaping labor relations, policy development, staffing, and strategic HR processes.

This role sits on the HR Leadership Team and the Utilities Leadership Team, partnering to implement enterprise HR initiatives. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, workforce staffing, and compliance, with a focus on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration with HR emphasis.
• At least 10 years progressive HR/employee relations experience.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct employee and labor relations across locations as chief spokesperson.
• Partner on enterprise HR strategies: performance, talent review, succession.
• Assist with hiring, diversity recruitment, and staff training initiatives.
• Oversee workers’ compensation reporting and coordination with third parties.
• Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel on sensitive issues.
