• Strong judgment and ability to navigate complex employee situations
• Proven ability to coach frontline leaders and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations and investigations with a fair, thorough approach
• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations
• Build relationships with employees and managers through proactive engagement
• Support performance management processes, documentation, and separations
• Advise on policy application, risk, and compliance across field and non-field environments
• Identify trends and share insights with HR partners to strengthen leadership
• Collaborate across regions to provide consistent HR support
