Aramark is seeking an HR Manager to provide HR generalist support for corporate staff and COEs, while managing essential HR processes. The role includes policy interpretation, employee engagement, talent acquisition for leadership programs, HR metrics reporting, and onboarding initiatives.

The ideal candidate has HR certification (SPHR preferred), strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and 5–7 years of HR experience, with demonstrated ability to interact with multiple levels of management.

Qualifikationen

• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Employment relations experience including investigations and resolution development.
• Ability to interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
