Aramark is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to provide HR generalist support for the Corporate COE and functional staff. You will manage critical HR processes and drive policy interpretation and investigations.

The role includes employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition coordination, HR metrics, benefits/payroll support, and onboarding programs, with collaboration across management levels and potential workload changes as needed.

Qualifikationen

• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Employment relations experience including investigations and resolution development.
• Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of management.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Issue resolution and policy interpretation for corporate COE.
• Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives and engagement plans.
• Serve as contact for Talent Acquisition programs.
• Provide HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Assist Benefits and Payroll; support onboarding programs.
