Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Demonstrated experience with employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Manufacturing or operational HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and HR guidance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate next steps based on findings.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and consistent application of HR policies.
• Lead exit interviews and stay conversations to identify concerns and retention risks.
