We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client's Human Resources team in Germantown, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization.

This is a full-time, fully onsite, direct hire role for an experienced HR professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, think strategically, and partner with the business to drive organizational success. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will play a critical part in supporting approximately 300 employees at their Germantown location.

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support business objectives


• Manage employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed


• Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on employee performance, engagement, and workplace issues


• Lead performance management initiatives, including performance improvement plans and corrective action processes


• Provide guidance on employment policies, procedures, and best practices


• Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting for select positions


• Collaborate with leadership to drive employee retention and workforce planning strategies


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws


• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives

Requirements for Senior HR Generalist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred


• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with experience in the manufacturing industry


• Strong employee relations and performance management expertise


• Proven ability to coach and influence supervisors and managers


• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


• Experience with HRIS systems


• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
