You will partner with site leadership to recruit, engage, and develop a skilled workforce while upholding ethical and policy standards. The role requires 5+ years of HR management experience, strong knowledge of Georgia labor law, and experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or comparable field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Georgia labor law, EEO, and compensation analysis.
• SHRM certification is preferred and experience with large HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruiting efforts for the Ball Ground site, partnering with leaders to build pipelines for key roles.
• Provide coaching to supervisory teams on performance conversations and corrective actions.
• Conduct employee relations investigations following federal/state laws to produce fair outcomes.
• Champion monthly recognition initiatives, budgeting and gathering employee feedback.
• Maintain competitiveness of hourly pay and perform annual compensation analysis.
• Interpret policies, participate in site audits, and deliver ethics training across the US region.
