Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 5–8 years of experience, or MS/MA with 3–5 years in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Administers core HR programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develops and recommends solutions to HR issues; counsels management on policies, programs, and procedures.

• Conducts staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and reference checks.
