We aim to be the "go-to" provider of technical services, supporting leading content creators and publishers throughout the lifecycle of interactive content. Our trusted services help clients operate efficiently in complex, fast-moving environments, focusing on creating and monetizing engaging experiences.

Position Summary:

The Senior HR Business Generalist supports various HR functions to drive business strategies, improve employee experience, and foster leadership and team success. This role partners with leaders and employees to manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, employee engagement, health and safety, policy implementation, compliance, and HR/payroll systems. The position involves collaboration with global HR teams and designing HR policies aligned with business goals. This is a hybrid role with office visits as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness; support change management and leadership development.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive work environment; support conflict resolution, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes; coach leaders on performance issues and development planning.
  4. Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
  5. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure legal compliance; develop HR policies; support OSHA and EEO/AAP compliance.
  6. HRIS & Reporting: Maintain HRIS data; generate reports; support payroll processes.
  7. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding and offboarding; maintain personnel files.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate HR teams; maintain HR resources and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions HR integration is a plus.
  • Experience in policy development and communication rollout.
  • Proven ability to influence teams and leaders positively.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; professional interaction at all levels.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and business acumen skills.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and implement effective solutions quickly.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
