Job Summary

The Senior HR Generalist remotely supports the HR team at AAC, providing key HR functions for the corporate office, including corporate, marketing, business development, and call center teams. This role is ideal for an emerging HR professional interested in growth, offering exposure to employee relations, leave management, project support, change management, and administrative duties. The role also provides coverage for divisional HR Business Partners as needed.

Responsibilities

1. HR Administration: Ensure employee files are accurate and compliant, support digital transition, conduct audits, maintain confidentiality, support policy updates, and conduct new hire orientations.
2. Employee Relations: Support employee relations issues, conduct investigations, foster positive work environment, and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
3. Employee Leaves: Manage leave administration, support employees and managers during leaves, and collaborate on leave training for leaders.
4. Field HRBP Support: Provide coverage and support for HR Business Partners, assist with projects, and support change initiatives.
5. Project Management Support: Support HR projects, coordinate metrics reporting, and assist with company-wide programs.

Experience & Requirements

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in 24/7 operations (healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
• Experience with employee relations, leave management, HR administration, and compliance with ADA and multi-state laws.
• Experience supporting HR in a centralized, multi-state environment is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

HR Systems & Traits

• Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, ATS, and leave management software; system integration experience is a plus.
• Self-starter, adaptable, team-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
