Join Our Growing HR Team at Analogic!

Our HR team and our business are expanding! We seek a dynamic and energetic HR Professional with strong generalist skills who is business-minded and passionate about excellent service delivery.

As a Sr. HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in providing proactive partnership and support to our manufacturing direct labor and other employees in our Power Technologies organization, as well as supporting our Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, Facilities). You will also assist with HR activities including training coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Business Operations Management and Corporate Functions Management to support talent management, employee relations, employment law compliance, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
  2. Support Talent Acquisition in hiring and onboarding, coaching managers on recruitment and interviewing practices.
  3. Serve as a key contact for Operations and Corporate Functions employees for employee relations and HR inquiries.
  4. Support organizational change management initiatives aligned with our mission, strategy, culture, and values.
  5. Assist in activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  6. Coordinate company-wide programs such as Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Recognition, Talent Development, and Succession Planning.
  7. Support training activities, including session invitations, room bookings, and materials preparation.
  8. Participate in projects and assume additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with knowledge in employee relations and performance management. Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with LMS are preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and multi-state experience is advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
