Job Description
What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of HR experience, including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, and employee relations, with at least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
- Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
- Professional HR certification
- Experience working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clear, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for the audience
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
