Mortgage-Trade-Holding-Company,-LL is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to report to the COO and support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

This role partners with managers, oversees onboarding and offboarding, maintains records, supports performance reviews, and coordinates with external providers to deliver HR services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

• Guide Accounting and HR Administrator on HR matters.

Reporting to the COO, the Senior HR Generalist is involved in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement, ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a Human Resources contact for employees and managers, handling both routine tasks and complex people-related issues.
• Provide guidance to the Accounting and HR Administrator regarding all HR-related matters.
• Involved in hiring processes, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer coordination via the company’s HR Information System.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Participate in employee benefits administration and documentation.
• Collaborate and develop partnerships with external service providers.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
• Support performance management via the successful completion of annual employee performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.
