PwC in New York seeks a Deals Delivering Deal Value HR Due Diligence Senior Associate to support people-focused diligence for transactions, shaping actions for deal readiness and value creation. You will analyze issues, manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, and translate findings into client-ready deliverables across M&A activities.

The role emphasizes workforce data interpretation, organizational design considerations, and integration planning within our Advisory practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.

The Opportunity

As a Deals Delivering Deal Value HR Due Diligence Senior Associate you will support people-focused diligence for transactions, helping clients assess workforce implications, identify key HR considerations, and shape actions that support deal readiness and value creation. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills and broader business perspective within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will focus on HR due diligence activities across mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions, translating findings into clear deliverables that inform talent, organization, and change decisions.

• Assessing workforce, talent, and organizational design implications tied to transaction activity
• Developing integration strategies that address leadership, retention, culture, and operating model alignment

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Demonstrating HR due diligence knowledge across deal lifecycles

Travel Requirements

Up to 80%

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
