Job summary

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking a Sr Director of Human Resources to lead HR for the LA Kings and related properties. This role partners with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, talent strategy, and change initiatives.

You will direct HR operations, staff development, compliance, and program governance across multiple properties, ensuring practical, business-aligned HR solutions and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
• Advanced degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• Broad experience across HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into an integrated HR strategy for each property.
• Oversee compliance with industry and employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Lead HR department; set priorities, coach staff, and ensure timely execution.
