Job summary

LA Kings is seeking an HR Coordinator to work with the Manager of Human Resources across the LA Kings and Ontario Reign. You will handle onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, employee records, benefits, and HR policy support in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support recruitment, maintain data integrity, and assist with special HR projects. Must be available for game-days, nights, weekends, and holidays at our El Segundo location.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2-4 years of related work experience in HR.
• Experience working in an HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all employee/player files and related data; process payroll-related adjustments.
• Process new hires from applicant tracking system through UKG; verify documents.
• Assist employees with payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
• Support recruitment activities: postings, interviews, background checks.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and exit procedures; prepare job descriptions.
