Job summary

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking an HR Coordinator to support Human Resources across the franchise and Ontario Reign. You will help with onboarding, payroll processing, employee records, and HR initiatives, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

You will assist recruitment, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with managers on HR policies while supporting special HR projects and events. This role requires game-day availability and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience working in an HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee/player files and personnel data.
• Process new hires in UKG; verify documents and data entry.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
