• Experience partnering with senior executives and leaders.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws.
• Hands-on with strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Recruiters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with growth and goals.
• Build scalable HR policies, processes, systems, and programs.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning and talent development.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
• Strengthen recruiting, onboarding, retention, and development programs.
• Establish consistent HR practices across locations and units.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Evaluate HR systems, reporting, and operational effectiveness; drive culture during expansion.
• Coordinate HR integration with new acquisitions and growth initiatives.
