Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Raleigh, NC to guide the company’s next growth phase. You will partner with executives to craft scalable HR practices, build robust processes, and lead a four-person HR team including recruiters.

You will balance structure with the entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining culture while driving organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leading an HR function.
• Experience in growth-oriented, founder-led, or entrepreneurial organizations.
• Proven ability to scale HR processes, structure, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Evolve HR from a small-business model to a scalable, well-structured department.
• Lead four-person HR team including an HR Generalist and two Recruiters; oversee recruiting and employee relations.
• Develop onboarding, performance management, and retention processes; implement succession planning.
