Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder seeks an HR Director for Partner Services, Operations to provide senior HR leadership for the division and its units. You will advise executives on complex issues, supervise the HR team, and coordinate across workforce planning, labor relations, compensation, performance, and engagement.

You will partner with central HR, Legal, and campus stakeholders to ensure compliant, strategic HR guidance and timely action across Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with progressive HR experience.
• Master’s degree and senior HR leadership experience preferred.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and risk.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leaders on complex workforce and policy matters.
• Lead HR team supporting Operations and coordinate with campus partners.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession, and talent strategy.
• Guide employee relations, investigations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state and university HR rules.
