Job summary

Old Navy HQ in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director, Human Resources to shape the HR agenda for the headquarters, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with brand goals. You will lead a talented HQ HR team and drive organization design, leadership development and workforce planning.

You will use data, trends and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions, support business changes, and ensure a consistent, high-impact HR experience for leaders and employees across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a large, matrixed business.
• Experience aligning HR strategy with business goals and leadership needs.
• Strong partnering with senior leaders and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape HQ HR strategy and organizational priorities for Old Navy.
• Partner with senior executives to build organization, talent and leadership capabilities.
• Lead data-driven people decisions with analytics and external insights.
• Oversee succession planning, talent development and internal mobility.
• Manage a high-performing HQ HR team and collaborate across HR functions.
