You will lead the HR function for HQ, partnering with senior executives to shape organization and talent strategies that enable the brand to perform today and grow for the future. Based in San Francisco, you will oversee a HQ HR team, drive leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning, while leveraging data, analytics and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience shaping HR strategy for senior executives and organizational design.
• Experience in retail or consumer business is a strong plus.
• Strong partnership with senior leaders and ability to translate business strategy into people actions.
• Proven leadership of HQ HR teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape people and organization strategy for Old Navy HQ aligning with brand priorities.
• Partner with HR leadership to unify HQ and Field HR operations.
• Advise senior leaders on talent, leadership, and workforce planning.
• Lead succession planning, development, and performance processes.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to drive decisions.
• Lead a high-performing HQ HR BP team and coordinate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams.
