Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, CA seeks an HR Strategy & Operations leader reporting to the CHRO to accelerate enterprise-wide HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.

This role partners with HRLT to prepare briefing materials, analyze trends, and provide recommendations on HR topics, including AI and automation opportunities. The position is hybrid, based at the SF headquarters, with in-office days Tue–Thu; starting salary range is $167,300–$245,400 per year,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, HR, Organizational Development, or related field ideal).
• 7+ years of experience in a similar or related role – preferably in Human Resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support CHRO and HRLT to drive HR strategy and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, presentations for ELT, board discussions, and town halls.
• Provide research, analysis and recommendations on HR trends and issues.
